Voucher may not be exchanged for value, cash, applied to any other account or combined with any other promotions, nor may it be replaced if lost, and is non-transferrable or refundable. This voucher must be spent in one single payment. Voucher holders must indicate their intention to use this gift voucher at the time of reservation and must present the gift voucher upon arrival when redeeming the experience, together with a credit card to pay for any additional, incidental charges accrued. This Voucher is only valid for Wellness Massage reservations at The St. Regis Florence and therefore can be validly redeemed only at this hotel. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability and reconfirmation; black-out dates may apply. Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null and void. No photocopies of the original gift voucher will be accepted. This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and validity extensions are not permitted.
